The only thing David's pre-fishing told us was that the fish were scattered all over the North end of the lake....they were everywhere........he didn't have time to try the South and we thought it would be too windy down there anyway. We motored maybe 150 yds from the ramp after launching at Roy's and never got out of sight of it. The only time my boat was ever on plane was when we were heading back to the ramp. BTW, what I just said holds true for the past TWO tournament's on Washington...... Ain't no secret where the fish are....just gotta catch'em, LOL!! With tourney's coming up on Nader there will be a serious information-blackout ......just use the "follow the boat" tactic, LOL.
Hey Kenyon, put me down for two tubs of that stuff!!!!
John, PM Ree's Guide. Bet he will help you out. He's always up for a fishing trip. May depend on if he got the job he was working on finished. I would try to help you but I know less about Grenada than you do.
I will be fishing several days next week. I know my way around Grenada fairly well. Cant guarantee a limit of fishes, but....... PM me when you get in the neighborhood. I live in the Grenada area.
Y'all are crazy lol.
I have heard many a stories about the lake and the number of folks drowned and boats swamped there is main reason was asking. See ya there end I the week if the gps gets me there.
We have some boats get swamped but very few fisherman drownings in the 30 sumpin years I've been here, sure it has prolly been more but I only know of 3.
Thanks Reese I plan on being careful. Look forward to seeing a bunch of you guys again.
It's not bad JW IF ya be careful. Follow the boats. Once you get a track to the areas, you'll be fine.
