Thread: Limit question

If my 7 year old fishes out the back casting and I troll up front with my pole limit can I keep 2 man limit. He also will sit up front some.

I was told by the green pants you had to have two separate places to keep the different limits in... Udunno now.

Unless that is written into the regulations they would have a hard time getting me to pay that ticket.

It is written into the regs. That is what amazed me when I first read it. The total limit for three in one boat is less than the total for two people in one boat and one in another. How smart is that?

I was refering to the issue of keeping each person's limit in a different cooler. I never bring more than one fish cooler. I've just gone through the entire document linked below and I do not see anything stating that each person's limit must be kept separate.

If me and a budy are fishing Sardis and I get a ticket for having 21 in the cooler and 6 or more of the fish are my buddy's and thats the only cooler and the only fish in the boat, I'm going to court and fighting the ticket. Dont see how a judge can enforce something that aint on the books.
