    Default Removable TM. Bracket

Well got the duck blind off the boat. Season was good. Been looking at the removable trolling motor bracket that motor guide sells. Any of you goobers or geezers use them? Are they worth a poot. Kinda tired of drilling holes in my boat to re-mount my trolling after duck season. Thank ya kindly.

Never seen one from Motor guide. Would think it would be ok. Don't have one but seen plenty of Minkota brackets that work quite well.

You talking about one of those plates that stay on the boat? And the mount mounted on the Trolling motor slides off? I have one of those but a Power Drive M/K

if you are talking about a clamp on TM i made one. on my flat bottom i welded a half inch aluminum plate on the bow. it hangs off an inch or two on each side. then made a 90degree angle out of the half inchX 4" flat bar. drilled matching holes in the bow plate and the bottom of the angled piece. i dont even unclamp the TM when i take it off, just take the 4 bolts off and the plate welded on the bow is flat for clearance to fit under the duck blind.
