Rez report ?

Ditto on the maps, it's tough to figure out without one. I almost went down this morning to give it a try but did not sleep well last night. Is anyone fishing the welfare hole now?

Drove through there about 8 this morning and 4 this afternoon. Nobody was there either time. Big north wind this afternoon.

I can only guess why you call it the welfare hole. :Rofl

My brother has been wearing them out UP River. Caught almost a limit yesterday

I heard that also about up river . That they are catching a few . North northwest wind if there is much can't fish welfare hole . I ask about the name when i was still going with someone else . He said it was cause you could always catch a mess of fish . I do know that is not true . I am getting ready to go myself . Painted about a hundred jigs last night ready to go . Snow is coming gdown reckon the fish will bite ??

Here's what I read about the name. a place that everybody could fish and catch enough crappie for supper

That is basicly what i was told .

I couldn't tell ya why the named it that but I can tell ya this, it is one of the most productive places on the Rez at times.

I went by the PRV today and the lady said they are out of maps and did not know when they would get anymore. I will update when she calls me back.
