I got my mailman to take off and go with me today. Was a little windy this morning so we ducked into a cove to get out of it. Started marking fish on the FF right away so we started pulling cranks. Very slow bite today, we caught 17 crappie with only 8 keepers but the keepers were nice. Caught several stripes also which we threw back with the short fish. Varied depth.....changed colors etc. nothing seemed to help but we as always still had a good time on the water....beats working any day lol.
