    G,Cool! Did your mailman deliver, or did you catch all the fish? Did you have to fish slow be cause he delivers snail mail? I know, bad puns, just kidding, glad you had a good day. I went for a couple hours today in bayou Pigeon in the Achafalaya spillway. Do you remember it? Kept a mixed bag of 8 fish. 5 were crappie. All keepers. Gave them to a pastor from Walker, that I met at the landing. Figured I could use the points. He had 8 his self. Made a nice mess for him and I did not have to stink my hands cleaning them. Longwinded,but trying to remind you of some places in Louisiana. Danny

    Nice catch G. How did the weather man predict wind would be 6mph. and it was at least 15 when I got there early this morning. I fought it all day. By 6 this afternoon there were some 3 foot rollers on the south side. Caught 11 but only kept 3. Caught them on tail light!As I type this the chair is rocking like all get outs.Congrats on a nice catch!

    You are correct about the wind! I got out there at 5:00 Thursday and it was rolling. My little boat can't handle those big waves, and I was tossed around like a toy. I did manage to catch three keepers in the two hours that I fished. I don't know how seeing how my lines were jumping up and down with the waves. Those Bandits must have looked like yo-yos down there!

    We caught most of ours on Rebel Crappie Crank-Rs. Tail lights
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
