It's designed for bass boats and bay type boats. It's a heavy duty mesh on an aluminum frame. Real light and cool to the butt.

Actually, we took the tree stand and made it into the boat seat. They come with a 3 year warranty. However, if u get them from me, they good as long as I'm alive. I am a geezer tho. Maybe by this winter we'll have pads, which I didn't need in 30 degree last spring.
