    No pictures, but pink was hot till about 10:00 and then it turned off and chartruse became the ticket, a pretty good bite early and it got tough after that. had several 15-16 inch crappie.

    Pulling crankbaits as ashamed as I am to say it since I am a single pole guy, and Sardis. I try to go in disguise so I won't be seen. I have just said, if you can't beat them, well you get the picture. Have been filling the cooler each time out and I see dead crappie floating because they were gilled. Luckily, I did not kill any this trip.

    It happens, but I kill just as many with deep hooked minnows and jigs. Turtle's have to eat too. Just looks worse than it is when you have 40 boats all circling through the same area.
