Me and my 10 yr old headed to Sardis in the morning to try our hand at pulling cranks. Not asking anybody for any specific spots to try, but what colors do y'all usually start with, depth etc. I gotta put this boy on some fish. Last time we went trolling minners we did not do to well. He kept saying this is boring!! Wind is suppose to be 10mph out of the north. Doubt the weatherman will be right.

With the N wind I would recommend fishing the N side of the lake. Based on recent experience there I honestly don't think you can go wrong b/w Teckville and the dam, you can launch at Beach and head east or Teckville and head west![]()
It's all over but the fryin'......

He will not be bored on Sardis.

What kind of boat you gonna be in? I'll be there tomorrow and will check on how you're doing if I see you. I'll be fishing the same area.
