    The new outdoor reporter for the Clarion Ledger posted up a link the a new map the MDWFP has going. It's a map of all the boat ramps in the state. I'm sure some are missing but it sure does have alot of them

    I notice that some of these landing are private fee landings. Are all of these bodies of water "public" waters?
