Thread: Made It Down South 2/23-24

Found out an East wind makes for tough fishing on Sardis , but when the wind changed directions things picked up. Had to stay to see the sunset to get 40 Saturday.
The east wind lasted most of the day Sunday. Moved to Clear Creek around 11:00 to get out of the wind and finally found a keeper. The wind slacked up some in the late afternoon and we managed 21 before we had to head back home. Only my second trip down but found out what the Sardis fuss is all about. Had a Blast.
