Ain't been, but if Wash. is anything like the lakes here, it be high and muddy. I've had 4" of rain in the last 5 days. That puts water out in the corn fields.

Usually fish Enid last week of March to first week of April but we are blessed and thankful to have our son in law back from Afganistan and they will be in visiting at that time so we decided to try Washington Lake the week of Feb 25th. Have always heard good things about the lake but have never been there. I've been searching around looking for a topo map but haven't found one yet. Neither our Lakemaster or Navionics cards have any countour detail so we are kind of flying blind. Would appreciate any info you might share. Is it a shallow lake over all?
Also wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who contributes to the site. I've been following it for years and have learned much from all. Especially the recommendation of using Grizzly Jig Co as a resource for tackle and equipment. They really are some of the finest folks to do business with.
Thanks again and I hope all of you have a great year chasing them little critters!
