Sardis Lake has finally hit the spring fill curve. The spillway flow was cut back today and the lake should come up about .1' per day until March 15, when .4' per day kicks in. Heavy spring rains would cause the COE to pull more water to get back on the curve.
This is why it's almost impossible to predict where the lake level will be on a given date during the spawning season.
I just hope all the stars are aligned when we come down the first week in April!!!
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day!
