    Default Ten-tom 2-4-12

Went to the ten-tom today & caught 14 keepers (11 inches & up) before the rains hit. Sorry no pics, I caught 10 spider rigging and gave them to an old friend i happened to see and caught the other 4 jigging after he left. Let them all go except for the last one which i gave to another bud. Crappie seem to be staging on ledges and mouths of sloughs. Has any one else been? If so,what have you observed?

from 9 to 14 feet. They seemed to be a bit scattered. I caught a few good specks in 9-10 ft range and the bigger white crappie were in 13-14 fow.

yes i was, I rigged up one pole with your gnats (pink and black), a first time trial run. The white crappie really liked them. I think as the water warms up a bit and clears they will get even better. (

hey OleMiss, don't waste your life away waiting for them to (get right)! You never can tell what them critters are gonna do. I was catching them a lot shallower a few weeks ago.
