Default Muddy water up river or the Rocks on the Rez??

Getting ready for my saturday fishing trip on the rez and I can't figure out if I need to try the muddier water up river around ratliff ferry or hit the rocks on the dam. Has anyone hit the rocks since this big rain?

I'll be on the rez this evening in a couple spots. I'll be on the dam and another spot or 2. Wifey and I are hitting the upper lake in the morning after a short stint on some rocks at an undisclosed location LOL

It's a bobby garland bait. The color is a glow color. They glow like a light bulb when u charge them with a flashlight. It's a lime/chart. Color. Great bait for muddy or low light conditions.
