I use 10's and 12's. If you want a real sensitive pole try a B'n'M Sam Heaton Super Sensitive model.

What type of poles you use and the lengths? ME personally, use 10 ft crappie master wally marshal, and b and m's.. I love a very light pole and a very sensitive pole.. I like to feel every little bump, never use a 11 ft or 12ft pole.. I use 9 ft when I am wading.. what you guys use and any suggestions?
Jig it once, jig it twice, make that mouth sore!!!

Been flipping around over the last couple of years. Right now, for jigging/wading, I'm using Tony Edgars 11 and 12'. Rear seat for wading, but have boat jigged with them as well. Did use the Sam Heaton SS in 12' and liked them. Both of them in 12' did fine for pulling cranks and OK for spider rigging as well. In the process off getting more for Spider and Cranking.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
think i'm gonna try the new (old) bnm jiggin pole for, spider riggin and long lining. maybe even cranks.
Also used a BGJP for cranks cantcethum. It's a bit soft, but gets the job done.

I use what ever I can rassel away from Ms Dee. Occasionally I can trick her out of her 2 B'n'N 12'. I gotta be real smooth though- she's tough and got a pretty good idea what I'm up to most of the time.
She knows the difference tween 'naked' and nekkid' too. One's with yer clothes off and the other's with yer clothes off and yer up to somethin.
Tony Edgar for jiggin........BnM Prostaff and Capps and Colemans for spider rigging.....Prostaffs for cranks and longline.
Stick yo jig in there!
I cut my own cane, string um with kite string, and use paper clips for hooks!
