Sounds good guys....thanks for the info
now we know why boats have gotten bigger with as much storage as a two car garage. so you dont have to leave stuff at home and then wonder if the fish would have bit on what i left behind
now ya'll see why I got the 21 footer
I have enough length to suit me at 18 and a half ft. ...would like it wider though. My next one will be wide.
Like mine G? I've got a 96 inch beam and even with 8 poles for Spider rigging, 6 for pulling cranks, 2 tackleboxes and a cooler, I still got plenty off room to roam
L2, I'm no expert by long shot, but I used 10# hi-viz on my crank pullin rods all summer and lost too many bandits.. As soon as my 30# braid hi-viz comes in from BPS, all that 10# goes in file 13. And I think it's a good idea to use thin wire hooks too. Just sayin...
Yeah I used 30 lb braid this summer. It saved some bandits but I lost some also. I had some mustad red hooks on some of them and those things will not bend real well. They are great hooks but hard to straighten out. Also I need to retie more often. I hardly ever retied and that cost me some baits.
DoubleG
I too am going to 30lb braid and changing out the MA15DX to the 20DX. Like EZ said, light wire hooks.
