Question Is your boat ready for the winter days coming?

The weatherman is calling for some pretty cold temps by wednesday night of this week. Is your boat ready for it? They are calling for something like 23 degrees for a low, and water left in a propped up boat motor foot could lead to problems if left unattended. I would be sure and drain the foot out as good as I could, especially if boat is left outside. I wouldnt want to have left a plug in either and have some standing water in the hull to freeze either. Hope everybody enjoys the snow if we have a snow event this week.Rofl

Mine is in her house since Saturday and I drained it at the ramp for a good while. Just removed the saver and tilted it down and there's a big puddle under it. Electronics aren't meant for extreme weather either. I've read different things about the electronics being OK but the display screen not being designed for a hard freeze or temps over 120 degrees. A boat outside under cover can go over 140. Pricey as they are it's worth bringing them in.
