Due to losing electricity to my garage where my refrigerator is, I lost every bit of the crappie I had bagged up and ready to eat. Yes, my power to the garage was accidentally shut off. I found this at the first of the week, and I still have not gotten over it yet. Maybe I can catch a few more before they start slowing down. I really like the crappie caught in the springtime the best. Just seems like the early spring crappie have a cleaner taste to them. After it gets hot weather they just seem not hardly as good, but still great.
