Hey trashrout, You have all my respect starting your business. I hope you make a million.
If ever I need, and I will, and I will give you my business,. Hang tough my friend, and I will tell all my customer's. I'm sure it will pay off in the long run.

It will help, if you tell a little about yourself, and your new company. How you can supply us, and so on. The price, if you have figured that out get, and so on. Take your time... and tell about what you plan do.

God Bless and hope you do well.....crappie cowboy

You need to make sure that your product is properly displayed at retail. (C1) Streamline your distribution system (SB) and give cash discounts (can't charge more for credit cards). Keep your sales force (GCF) on commission only and make them follow through with the sale. Offer free samples to your clubmember friends so that they can spread the word. Remember the trick is to make money off of other people's money! Make sure that your inventory is always under control (BOS) You must have a safety officer at your plant (TT). Do not forget the field testers for your product for reasearch and developement. (FH, JW) With this group you need to make sure that the cash is always handled by you.

    TT,

It is time for your quarterly report on the new farm. GCF needs to report the sales leads that he has and get the signed contracts so that C1 can arrange the merchandising and display of the product. I hope GCF has negotiated prime location in these stores. Remember that end displays increase your sales opportunity by 800% and you want eye level presentation. Has TNTodd made his safety inspections to keep OSHA off your tail? Have the products been properly field tested by the staff? We need an update please.
