Warm hands, cold bite

I'd rather have waited until tomorrow to give the water another day to warm but busy all day so grabbed some minnows and hit a local lake.
Tried early channels, only a couple of small bass, not even a gill in sight. Tried on the first drop with weeds and no takers.

Should be better here next weekend with the weather that's predicted.

Jerry, my SIL and I went out today. Tough day but found a few.




Plastics under a float 2-3 foot down in 4-5 ft of water with standing weeds.
Should only get better from here....
