Jeff and I went down to Wall Lake today hoping for a repeat performance of Sundays excellent trip. We started out slow, our spots from Sunday didn't seen to be holding fish today. We worked the entire area and eventually found fish out from the weeds, suspended over 12 fow. Once we found them the catching steady and fast. We were both using 1/16 oz jigs 3 feet under a bobber tipped with a variety of different style and color plastics. As the bite would slow down we would ease down the weedline until we found fish again. The fish were running bigger today so we decided to keep nothing under 10". By 2:00 we had our 2 man limit of 50 fish and spent the next two hours playing catch and release. We even had a stretch where we both caught a fish on 29 consecutive casts, 15 for Jeff and 14 for me. I would guess we landed in excess of 300 again today along with some gills and bass. Big fish today was 13 1/2" Water temp was 53 and some of the males are starting to darken up for the spawn. Tomorrow we're going again, this time in Jeffs shiny new boat. Probably go to Crooked.Name: IMG_20210424_091119068_HDR.jpg
