Just so that everyone is aware, we have cancelled our camp reservation so there "might" be a spot available next to Steve.

YES, we do still plan on attending. We just happen to have some good things fall in to our lap that we had "hoped" for but were not expecting.

Last year, Brian and I got ourselves on the list for the annual full hookup camp sites at the Houghton Lake West campground (the one we have stayed at for Crappie camp). We really enjoy the area and thought it would be cool to get a spot. Early this spring we were 7th on the list and it was doubtful that we would get a site as people don't often give them up. As luck would have it, last Monday, they called us. We hauled my parents campter to the site this weekend and it would be a chore to unhook everything and move it over to Mesick for a week.

As I said, we ARE still attending, just not camping.
