ok , what is everyone's preference for marine deep cycle , and deep cycle/starting batteries.
currently I have four neverstarts, I want to upgrade to better batteries and get rid of one, really no need for four of them and weight at the back of my boat has always been an issue.
I had optimas in the past , but they really did not seem to be much better than standard lead ones. was not impressed.
the sears die hard was a good one, but do not think they make it any more.
have heard good things of the Duracell AGM .
I had cabelas AGM when I first got the boat 12 years ago, so far I liked them best , but they were very expensive, and the reviews on them a few years ago were not very good.
