Uh, no Steve. I planned on being out there but got a 6 am call from Capt Sinky telling me a mutual friend was going to be at my house at 6:30.

We're going to your sisters lake. (translation: you need to go so we have access to the private lake)
Just got back from fighting the wind. I brought home 20 and could have kept more, the other three all had a limit or close to one. Wind was brutal and my hole kept getting filled in with snow. Not much fun.
Highlight of the trip was when Capt Sinky started whining because his vexilar battery was dead, he forgot to charge it, and after making a special trip to Stanton and spending 42.00 on a new battery found out his transducer cable had come unhooked.
As Foghorn Leghorn once said- "that boys about as bright as a burnt out light bulb".
Today at 2:46 pm eastern time, vbottom graduated from minnowdom to keeper status. My they grow up so fast. Way to go Jeffro

Another day in my shop.
Building a pair of bookcases for my current customer. Remodeling her family room first, then on to living room, dining room and bedroom. Started out replacing just two windows and some baseboard trim but has become much larger. Now it’s 8 windows, 3/4” hardwood floors in all 4 rooms, baseboards, casing.......
At least I’ll be inside working this winter, next job is a kitchen remodel and new floor.
I guess I better go out and turn the heat on in the shop.
