I say that only because my grandparents (both sets) ate bacon, cooked with lard, ate fried fish, real butter, and ALL lived into their late 90s. Grandmas both always had hard candy and grandpa always had a 5th of whiskey hidden.
If they would have listened to Dr's advice, they probably wouldn't have outlived all those doctors. At one point in their 80s, some doctors didn't want to perform surgeries. How much longer do they have? Almost 20 years more chief. Again, most of those doctors took their own advice and didn't live to see their work pay off.
Glad he's back home. Just wondering, though, did he get a hickory stripe hospital gown???

Anyway, dad is home. Our trip a couple weeks ago where the cardiologist told us the Dr. did a mis diagnosis and sent dad home???......well turns out the Dr. had it right and dad should have been treated for pneumonia. Part of his treatment is antibiotics which will cause him to have to stay close distance to the bathroom (diahrhea) and a probiotic, he's not happy about the effects of the antibiotics cause he does not like to stay still for long.
I think they picked the wrong name.....
