I've eaten goat. Not bad. Course, I've been to 30 some odd countries and have eaten meat on a stick. As many know, never ask what meat is on the stick unless you really care to know!

Just a thought about the dinner at fall camp, what if we had a seafood theme, for sides? Like crab salad, or any seafood side. No I don't mean deserts.

Ive asked my son to smoke some of the kingfish I caught on my Florida trip and Ill make smoked fish dip/crackers out of it to bring
