Craig Lake

It was pretty windy on the lake today so I left the boat at home and fished from shore. Caught 9 Sacalait, 2 largemouth bass, 1 rock bass and 1 fat sunfish. Used a 9ft ultra light rod with 6 lb test mono, rocket bobber, 1/32 oz jig head and a Gulp minnow in Emerald Shad color. Wish they were all big'uns but most of the Crappie were in the 7-8 inch class. Biggest was a solid 12 incher. Could have done a little better I think if the wind had not been blowing a bunch of vegetation into the little bay I was fishing still lots of fun.
