MICDC Fall Camp Info

Here's the scoop!

Fridays Liars Club starts the minute someone starts a fire at their camp sight. We will all swarm to their sight and set up Liars Club on the spot.

Saturday tournament starts at Day Light(or whenever you decide to crawl out of bed).
We will have awards for 1st,2nd,3rd place in the Biggest 5 Fish.
and awards for the Top Two individual Biggest Fish.

Saturday cook out will be as usual. Hopefully we will catch enough fish to cook!

Here he comes the fun part.

At spring camp we did a charity raffle of items brought in by the MICDC members and guests. This was a fantastic idea and worked out really well.
After the raffle a handful of people had discussions of what to do at the fall camp. What we came up with is a WHITE ELEPHANT gift exchange. This process serves two fold. One it gives everyone a chance to be involved, and two it replenishes the items we each have to donate to next springs raffle. We did not seek donations from outside vendors, and we have not reached out for any prizes above those picked for the tournament winnings.
All the items for the exchange will be supplied by those interacting in the exchange.

Heres the Idea. Each person wanting to be part of the WHITE ELEPHANT exchange can bring a new or used gift, with a value not to exceed $20ish, and in exchange will be able to choose a gift brought by someone else.
We will have an entertaining game to play for the exchange and it should bring about lots of laughs and giggles. The stuff exchanged could end up very useful, or could be a complete gag gift. Either way we guarantee a good time and lots of interaction with your fellow Crappie.com members.

We will also have a 50/50 raffle, with the winnings of that going back to the MICDC pot for the Spring Camp.

If there are any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I'll do my best to get them answered.
