T-Shirt Order and Fish Contest

I'm putting this information together because they go hand in hand.

Anyone interested in purchasing a T-shirt for the Spring Crappie camp, please specify your screen name and size of shirt you would like.
I will turn in the numbers to "Slab" at the beginning of May in order to afford him ample time to get them printed.

The price of the shirts will be $10.00. Payable to me at the event.
IF you purchase a T-shirt, you will automatically be entered into the "Big Fish contest" and "Heaviest Five Fish contest". In the event you do NOT wish to purchase a shirt, you can still enter yourself in the contest with a $5.00 donation (payable to me before the event on Saturday Morning).

Part of the T-shirt money is paid to Slab while the rest of it will be used in the general fund to purchase gifts and prizes, pavilions, name tags, raffle ticketes, and anything else we might need.

For the contest:
We will have a "Big Fish contest" (crappie ONLY). It will be the heavest crappie turned in to me for weigh in. This is an individual prize. Winner will be awarded a small plaque (unique design) and a prize pack including a custom fishing rod. We will also have plaques for 2nd and 3rd place as well as prizes for each.

We will also have a "Heaviest Fish contest". This will be a BOAT/team event. Each boat will weight their heaviest 5 CRAPPIES! The winner will receive a custom plaque and a prize package. We will also have plaques and prizes for 2nd and 3rd place.

KIDS: Any child under the age of 16 will NOT need to pay any monies to be eligible for winning.

Time Frame: The fishing tournament will start on Saturday June 6th at the first safe light! The tournament will end at 2:00PM. Weight in will follow the tournament and will be held at the pavilion at the camp ground (where the rest of the events will take place).

I don't really have any colors. I think it will be whatever Ed comes up with for us. I just threw the pink in there for the fun of it! Still hoping Don gets to paint his log splitter pink!!!
