A few gills yesterday

Yesterday I fought the cold wind, and white caps to get to one of my wind sheltered bays to try and find a few fish and combat an anxiety issue that suddenly came on. Took me few spots before finding any fish, but when I did they were good ones. I only landed 6 bluegills but they were all just about 8 inches or bigger, with the largest being 9 1/4. Plus I hooked into several others that were all the same size but kept losing them when they hit a patch of weeds. Fishing 6 - 8 feet of water.

Glad to see the gills doing well up there. The winter really put a hurt on our gills in my neck of the woods.
