Default kensington spec's. @ kent lk. Michigan

caught 3 of these 12 inchers and released them today. released so they could spawn more and maybe we could grow more spec's in the next few years in this lake. any how the water temp in the shallows is about 40*F yesterday so it maybe warmer today. any ways here is the pic of one of the 12 inchers i got three just like it in under a hour. then went and has some good bbq.. after releasing them.

Nice work; however, I can't believe the water temp is 40 at this time of the year. You might want to check your thermometer :-)

I wasn't that far south of you at Hudson and the temps were in the high 50's to low 60's except for in bean creek where it was 67-68 deg.

been checking the thermometer out and it is 18*f -20*F off this year why i don't know ? and no way to calibrate it cause it is the old style glass kind. it say the air temp is 59*F right now for the glass thermometer. but if you add on 18-20 degrees to it and then it is correct. which the weather is calling for 77*F right now this minute...

Definitely some nice specks you got there. Great job.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D
