Saturday night out with the boys

Meet up and did some night fishing with some good friends on Gull Lake last night.

Fishing was slow to steady, I managed to take home 20 or so nice fish

Herd some one caught some nice hawg's, I will let them tell there stories

It was a great day of fishing and hanging with fellow CRAPPIHOLICS . The first time on ice this season , what a relief,lol. The first lake we hit, Fishin was slow but we managed some crappies and gills. I got home cleaned them up and into the fryer, WOW!!!!! fresh fillets through the ice it don't get any better than that. The second lake provided bigger crappies and more, we fished well into the nite ended up with about 40+ crappie between 3 of us. They ranged 10-14" that we kept

I was the 3rd guy that only managed to catch 1 before I headed out to catch the rest of the U of M game. I should have stayed. I went back the next night and got 6 good ones in a couple hours with my brother and dad.

Sounds like you guys are doing pretty good up there, Wish I could say the same for here. They have LOCK JAW here, not many fish being caught. Theytell me that the fish should start biting soon, I'm ready for that...
