Thread: Beveille Lake

Greetings all. Got to hit Belleville Lake last Friday for a few hours. White bass and a few blue gill, nothing to brag about. The most interesting was watching the loading dock. We loaded and I was tying down the Tracker when I heard Tiff and Shelly on the dock trying to help a 70 year old man load this giant fiberglass boat on a trailer it was not made for. When his buddy pulled it out the boat was sitting with one side on the fender at about a 45 degree angle. What a deal. We helped them put it back in the water and spent 45 minutes trying to help them get it lined up. When we left it was dark but he was happy. As we left we noticed - no lights. Wow. Interesting day. Tiff loves Belleville Lake except for the wave runners. We haven't even been on Erie yet this year. Still looking for a bigger boat so Tiff feels safe. One of these days I'll find a aluminum project - maybe.

20' aluminum, big, wide and deep. I found an old 21' Lonestar but couldn't agree on price, plus over 21' gets more expensive on tags. Patience will pay sooner or later.
