Maybe Larry, but his #1 post listed his fishing as on the St. Clair river so I kinda thought he was down southeast more. Guess we won't know unless he tells us.
I've never fished the St. Clair River but I heard it was great. Might have to give this a try this Spring - or sooner if this warm wrather keeps up. By the way has anyone ever used a Shappell "Windbreak" shanty. It's a one man rig on a sled and really looks like it would be a good item for quick trips. Dunham's down here is clearing out their ice stuff early. They had one for $127.00. seemed like a good deal. It doesn't fold all the way over just a windbreak setup, but really nice. The sled is deep - important factor in SE Michigan - it FLOATS! Ha! Ha!
P.S. - Tiff just told me I'm NUTS! She said I haven't had my two-man shanty out this year and I want to buy another? But fishing gear on sale?
