Don't think a couple guys making comments about working and having to drive a long distance to get to an event would be considered whining. It's nice that you can Just Do It no matter where or what. Too bad we all can't do that.Quote:

Thanks for that. I certainly was not "whining"! I was making a comment about most of the events being held on the other side of the state and it is not easy for some of us to get to them. I am retired but still have to work to make ends meet and can't take off on Saturdays. This would be the reasons that I have never been to any of the events. No one said we have to just have one. We can have several. I am also not opposed to people saying... "Hey, I'm headed to lake X this weekend, Who's with me".
As always, I fish by myself most of the time. I'm always willing to take anyone along if they want to meet someplace or they live on the way!
