Muskrat lake revisited.

Well it was time to gain some kudos from the boss (also close friend), so we took a ride down to Muskrat. The front didn't seem to help and the bite was slow at first, but the last hour was both extremely pleasant on the water and fruitful. We boated a dozen fish in that last hour and kept seven. All caught on 1/8 oz jigs tipped w/ plastics. They seemed to like anything that had sparkle in it. Found them in 13-15 FOW down 6-8.

You had a front move in? We are still waiting for ours. Nice catch though. I am hoping to get on the water this weekend but I have a youth to mentor this weekend. just depends on how the hunting goes. I have two lakes I really want to fish

Nope Larry, we were tossin the jigs up towards a weed break line and sloooowwly retrieving.
