Reminds me of the joker challenge we did years back. I used mono instead of rubber. The beads float so it had cool action in the water.

Here he is.
Twisted tail with bead, UV chenille, holographic stripe down the side, mop head free to titilate as it goes, silver head with oversize eye, 1/16th ounce minnow head with Skipjack hook.
Mop material comes alive once wetted. This mop section will move as the jig goes. I just moved the tie in up to the head, vs. it all dangling out the trunk.
I really like this and plan to tie up a few in various hues of crappie. Silver, blue and white. I shall make purple, pink and neon yellow. Green, neon yellow, and white.
