I have a evinrude 150 vro which has been removed so I mix fuel myself but the thing is really hard to start and when it starts most of the time idles fine but on take off it wants to bog but finally takes off and goes and it's fine all day unless I trim the motor up to fish then it's hard to start again....any ideas
