Have you tried it without the choke. My experience with 4 strokes is they don't like much choke. Try just pumping it up with just a little throttle and give it a try.

This is a pull start and it takes a dozen or more pulls to get it goen, once started and run a few minutes, it starts with a half pull rest of day. I pull choke out and lift throttle lever up half way or more and pull twice push in choke and not a quiver, than keep pullen till it does start? I think it should start on 3rd pull.

Gave that a try and same old thing, after about a dozen pulls without and with choke it started ran great and started fine?
took it in to boat shop and he has ordered a new power pack for it. should be in around Wednesday hopefully this is the fix.
Hope it is under warranty, if not find a new shop, sounds like just random parts replacement. If PP was the problem it wouldn't run fine the rest of the day. If anything a PP problem will show up as the motor gets hot, not the other way around.
Your problem def sounds fuel related. (lack of fuel after sitting)
I tend to agree with MD on this one
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

When I droped it off and told him what it was doing he said it was a fuel problem! but after testing it has low spark and that needed fixed before the carburation problem, guess I better work some overtime and not fish for a while.
Got it back last week after 4 weeks a t shop and $649.00 later ,took it out this morning and it started on about 5th pull ran great, when getten ready to load on trailor noticed motor not peeing so now the water pump appears to be out luckly I got 2 friends that can change it and the whole kit is only 39 plus shipping, always something!
