Minnkota Edge 70 Bent Armature

Does anyone have a repair manual for an Edge 70 bow mounted motor? I need to replace the armature.

I read that I need to unload the brushes before removing it. I need the tip on how to do that, and any helpful tips.

Disassembled it in 5 minutes. Parts ordered from Northland Marine including an armature and brush kit with seals, this is an easy repair.

The two long rear bolts that hold everything together get torqued to 32-45 inch pounds.
