Default Auxiliary bracket or jack plate?

    I have a 14' Jon with a 20hp merc.
I need to move the motor back and up 4"-5". Will an auxiliary bracket do that?

Fin, sorry I don't know what is called but they make a cast aluminum rigid jack plate looking bracket that is used to put long shaft motor on low transom boat. Check Cabelas and BPS catalogs should be a section with it under boating.
