Yep...You will have to buy a Mercury disconnect fitting old style. You will also need a primer bulb.

I bought a new fuel line and tank for my 1967 Mercury 200, and I got it to connect to the new tank, but I can't seem to figure out how to connect the other end of the line to connect to my motor. On the end of the tube there is nothing. Do I have to buy something else to fit on the tube in order for it to connect to my motor? Thanks

ok....this is what I have but I believe I got the wrong thing, because I don't know where to attach this on the fuel line.
