    Default propeller reccomendation 40hp yamaha

I have a 2004 Lowe 175w with a 2004 40 hp 2 stroke Yamaha motor. It has the standard aluminum prop that came on it. This prop is chewed up a bit and time for it to be replaced. The prop has the letters 10.25 x 15 G on it. Could anyone please recommend me a good prop and a place to buy it at for this specific engine? If stainless steel offers enough better performance to justify its increased price that is fine as well.
    Thanks,
    Kevin

Bought a Solas stainless steel 11 1/8 X 13P RH. Hope this is a decent one.

A Stainless prop will give you better performance as it has much less flex to it. When I took my boat to a prop place, they were more interested in my RPM's at WOT. They put 3 props on, tested it in the river and settled on best performance at 5600 RPM. I have a jonboat that is 16' and 52" bottom with 2001 50 hp Johnson on it.
