90 hr merc

I got a 04 90 hr merc. It runs just fine @ take off and low speeds.When you get to top speed it will start to spudder, droping RPMs. I have changed the gas lines,bulb, and looked @ the pump.(The bulb does not stay tight while running wide open.) It has done this ever since I took the boat to Tracker over some warranty work.Now they want money to fix the problem. I would stay away from them.It ran fine before I took the boat to Hendersonville. Any help would be great.

What was the work they did, and have you treated your fuel regularly?

Is the tank venting properly? Have you double checked for air leaks on the fuel line? Is there an issue with the choke on the unit?

The moter had cought on fire. "Just happens sometimes." votage regalater.Have checked and checked for leaks every where but under the floor. pulling it this week. have not thought about the choke. will look @ that also. Thanks
