I fought wind on water and in woods yesterday. Went crappie fishing in morn. got up against a bank that kept some wind off and had a falling tide which I like for tidal crappie and had a steady pic got 34 and kept 12 to take to the man where I was taking my son hunting in the afternoon. They seemed to like a pumpkin seed slider best of what I tried fished vertical and held still for the most part did get a few on a real slow retrieve.WT 44. Fought the wind hunting too was real hard by now and almost the wrong way for that spot but we tried anyway with no luck but my son put his hunting clothes he got for his b-day to a good test and they kept him warm and we delivered the crappie.Christmas shopping with wife today ,man I think I can deal with the cold wind better then lots a people shopping lol.
