Went into some shallows of tangier sound where the speckle trout were biting on a fri after work trip . My buddies who spec fish 3 or 4 days a week have stopped getting em for a couple weeks but we went anyway and only got 1 spec by g-duck but caught tons of rockfish (stripers) 12 to 17 in fun on lite rods in 3ft 3 bluefish and we kept 33 croakers of many up to 16in. my son had a ball with the fast action. Making a batch of croaker cakes now.
