Thread: Slow pic in cold wind

Wasnst sure what the weather was gonna be like yesterday morn so had no plan ,got up with dog at 5 30 wernt to bad so we took off with jon boat hit a spot I fish normally when its warmer but I knew it offered some protection from the wind. Started out slow and kinda stayed slow but there was enough action to keep me fishing there knowing the weather was gonna get worse no sense in goin elsewhere. Ended up getting 15 crappie on the counter along with 6 yellow perch 4 pickeral and 1 small bass.Out of em all I kept these for a supper. Wt 41 ,7ft , smelt color fin-s 2 1/2" best.
