Supermoon this weekend.... Will it effect fishing?

Hi,

I am told there is a "supermoon" this Saturday night and that the the tides will be higher at high tide, and lower at low tide. My fishing app on adroid "My Fishing Advisor" says that fishing for largemouth, smallmouth, will be excellent and fishing for perch and crappie very good. Anyone know how the moon effects fishing? a buddy of my says that he doesn't fish on a full moon because the moon makes the fishes mouths sore and they don't bite as much. Doesn't sound scientific to me. Anyone know if the moon will help or hurt fishing this weekend? Thanks.
