Last Friday I dunked a few minnows after work on my way home before the rain hit on the eastern shore. Caught about 10 small crappie in shallow water. All released. Saturday afternoon a friend called me and we hit an eastern shore millpond since all the streams were muddy and high. We caught pickeral, one nice crappie, a couple bass and a fat bullhead. I kept one 12 inch crappie for dinner all others released. Looking forward to a little warmer weather and more time off.
